About Me
I am a Tech Project Manager and Solution Architect working within the Cloud Competence Centre at Iveco Group. I act as an interface between IT Business Partners, business stakeholders, delivery teams and technology providers, helping transform business requirements into cloud solutions and digital platforms.
With more than 15 years of experience in technology, software development, cloud architecture and project delivery, I currently focus on solution design, cloud governance, strategic initiatives and technical leadership.
My areas of interest include Cloud Architecture, Azure, AWS, FinOps, DevOps, AI and Technical Leadership.
Experience at Iveco Group
January 2025 - Present
I am employed by Orbyta Tech and work within the Cloud Competence Center of Iveco Group on strategic modernization and cloud adoption initiatives.
Since January 2025, I have been working full-time in hybrid mode within the Iveco Group Cloud Competence Center. In this environment, I have taken ownership of complex initiatives focused on application modernization, cloud adoption and delivery standardization.
My role combines architectural vision with day-to-day execution: I follow the full journey, from initial assessment to solution design, from technical governance to decision support for project owners and business stakeholders.
In practice, I coordinate migrations from on-premises environments to Azure and AWS, shape CI/CD practices on Azure DevOps and act as a bridge between technical teams and business goals, with constant focus on quality, timelines and sustainable delivery decisions.
As a long-time enthusiast of computing, electronics, and mechatronics, I welcomed with great enthusiasm the opportunity to collaborate with an international company like Iveco Group. Over the years, I have consistently dedicated time to studying and experimenting with technologies, both professionally and personally, and seeing firsthand how they are applied in highly advanced industrial contexts has been extremely inspiring. I have had the chance to visit several of the Group's production plants, engaging with advanced processes and technological solutions used in the development of thermal and electric engines, discovering a world of innovation, automation, and expertise that further strengthened my professional curiosity.
Another aspect that made this experience even more engaging was my contribution to initiatives related to Iveco Defence Vehicles. My previous background in the Armed Forces allowed me to approach these projects with a specific perspective and genuine interest in defense technologies. Working closely with professionals who design solutions focused on operator protection, increased safety, and mission support in the field is a constant source of inspiration for me. I believe this involvement is also reflected in my daily collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders, with whom I share a passion for innovation and for the tangible impact technology can have on people's lives.
